The Mysterious Librarian

In the tiny library of Saint-Anatole, the books are old, covered
in mouse droppings and deadly boring. The library needs to be moved,
new books need to be bought, and most importantly, children need to be given a taste for reading.
The problem is that the mayor doesn't want to give a dime.
