Pitoyable

It is a lamentable tale of a coming out that never happens, set against the backdrop of a first year at university. It takes place in Quebec City, in 2006. It is the story of a guy who cannot connect with others, and who realizes that the traditional life goals he aspires to are unattainable. It is a story of coming of age, slowed down by repressed homosexuality, the onset of an eating disorder, and the illusory comfort of the family cocoon. And it's funny, too.
