Fog Cat

Hannah first sees the stray cat the summer she comes to live with her grandfather. It takes weeks of patience and daily tidbits of tempting fish to win Fog Cat over. By the time winter comes, the three settle into a comfortable routine. Come spring, Fog Cat is gone again, but not without leaving a more lasting companion for Hannah.
